Early Spring Biluochun, which literally means "green nail spring", is rolled into tight spirals, resembling the snail -- hence the name. Its white pekoe met with the greens gives a subtle emerald hue. Steeped, it leaves slowly uncurls to only reveal fresh flavours and trigger salivary secretion.
